Executive ChefAfter years of training, Manon Santini won alongside chef Rocco Seminara, the prestigious Neptune Prize awarded by world renowned chef Joël Robuchon. In 2019, after working hand in hand with Alain Ducasse, she won the title of World Sweet Pizza Champion in Rome before joining Bagatelle Mykonos as its Executive Chef in June 2021.
